Requirements& Responsibilities
· Review RFP’s and SOW’s to understand project(s) and formulate cost estimates
· Work to source and obtain quotes from vendors and subcontractors
· Analyze / compare subcontractor proposals and ensure they meet project work scopes
· Create accurate and detailed scopes of work and all related project estimates
· Estimating of labor / materials / subcontractor costs and all other costs for complete work
· Support our Preconstruction and Operations teams in developing / presenting estimates

· Perform pre-estimate site walks and visit active job sites, as needed

Qualifications
