Jefferson High School Comprehensive Modernization

Description

Demolition of the Gymnasium, Industrial Arts, Metal Shop, Health Clinic, seven relocatable buildings and the existing shade structure. Disconnect site utilities and remove interior improvements in thirty portable classrooms buildings, two portable restroom buildings, Locker/Shower building and Kitchen/Scramble. Construction of four new buildings and facilities including Athletics building, Classroom building (46 new general and specialty classrooms with support spaces), Concessions building, Maintenance and Operations building, Lunch Pavilion, Baseball/Softball field with two scoreboards and fencing, Tennis Courts, 13-field/court light poles. Modernization and/or upgrades to the Administration/Library building, Main Classroom building, Cafeteria building and Assembly Hall. Other site upgrades, including site-wide infrastructure, removal of barriers, landscape, hardscape and exterior painting.
