This project consists of three J-buildings, an administration building, a kitchen building, twenty-four classroom buildings, a library building, and a lunch shelter. Site improvements include a barrier-free path of travel, a fire access gate and lane, fire hydrants, and new utilities per civil plans. The project also adds accessible drinking fountains, outdoor sinks near the lunch shelter, and water heaters at restroom lavatories. The administration building will receive an AC split system with a ductless fan coil, heat pump, and district-approved thermostat. Power, fire alarm, and low-voltage systems are also included.
