Construction of a new 60,000 SF prefabricated building to service passenger cars and locomotives. The building has high bay lighting covering three tracks along with locomotive fueling, lube, and sanding stations. Scope includes a separate prefabricated building housing an automated train washer with chemical silos and gray water reclamation and recycling system.
