Amtrak Progressive Maintenance Facility

Description

Construction of a new 55,200 SF building for servicing and maintaining various cars of the Amtrak rail fleet. The structure is mainly comprised of cast-in-place concrete pits, slabs and foundation walls supporting a structural steel frame covered by a standing seam roof and partial height walls. A second story mezzanine houses administration offices and employee locker rooms.
