Kennedy High School Comprehensive Modernization

Description

This 12 Phase Comprehensive Modernization Project consists of a 2-story CMU Classroom Building new construction; tenant improvements for library building (Building I) with minor finish upgrades on the exterior façade; tenant improvements for Building B Classroom Building with minor finish upgrades on the exterior facade; modernization of existing Cafeteria Buildings (Buildings HJ & I); Modernization of the existing Auditorium Buildings (Buildings E, F, G & M); modernization of Classroom Buildings Q, R, S & T; build a modular central plant; voluntary barrier removal; new paint of metal trim, new caulking for doors and windows and exterior power washing of Buildings A, K, P and Sanitary Buildings #1 & 2; tenant improvement for 2-story Science Classroom Building C; removal of interim housing structures, storage containers, portable classroom buildings, temporary softball field and basketball courts, install new permanent softball field, scoreboard and basketball courts, resurface/replacement of asphalt, new parking striping and pavement markings.
